Nokomis Chiropractic & Wellness is located on the back side of the Boulevard Commons Building (formerly the Boulevard Theater).

and check with MN DOT http://www.dot.state.mn.us/ for the best route to take.  We are happy to have the Diamond Lake Rd/54th Street bridge and exits now open. 

Once on Lyndale, you will see Kowalski's Market.We are just north of there in the Boulevard Commons building, behind Subway and Prima restaurants. 

You can enter the parking lot from 53rd Street or from Garfield.  Look for the sign in the window at the south end of the lot.  There are handicapped spaces available and we are just inside the rear door on the ground level.
